Ring 71 Annual Magic Auction April 18

auction_clip_artIBM Ring 71 is holding its annual magic auction on Saturday, April 18th, at Haines House of Cards (2514 Leslie Avenue, in Norwood Ohio). This one will be amazing!

We have thirteen full or partial collections to sell thus far, and more coming! This includes a partial collection that is being shipped from Las Vegas, as well as several pieces from the Haines House of Cards inventory. See just a few of the items up for bid.

This year’s auction will be a bit faster paced, with minimum bids established early, and bids in no less than $5 increments. Honestly, there is such a huge amount of items to sell, that the only way we will get through it is with to modify our auction method and avoid those crazy $1 bid increases.

If you have items to sell, we still could probably fit it a few more collections, but please let Chuck Arkin know by April 10th whether you are bringing items to sell. The doors will open at 10:00 AM for sellers to come in and put their items on the many display tables. Viewing will begin at 11:00 AM, and will continue until our drawing for auction order just a few minutes before noon. The auction begins at noon and is expected to run until 5:00 PM.

Each party entering the room must purchase an auction paddle, which is only $5.00. Food refreshments will be available on site for purchase.

Proceeds will support IBM Ring 71 lecture activities, as well as monies allocated to help the Winzigs who have been experiencing significant health problems recently.

Please let Chuck Arkin know if you plan to attend, and whether as a buyer or seller, or both!

And please feel free to forward this auction information on to other interested parties. We appreciate your help and support!
